Exactly - these clowns have not taken a single step to increase base load capacity - rather they are killing it off, particularly as it relates to coal. This will get ugly and it will take an American president all of his 4 years to even have a shot at getting us back on the right track.

Anyhow, you're right. Never say "never" -- that's why I said "would help prevent crashes".
