Is this article factually correct? I was under the impression that a $75 million additional loan already occurred and that the US loan was already subordinated to the new infusion of money. I do not believe this has anything to do with bankruptcy which occurred subsequently to the subordination.

In bankruptcy, it is current for new debt to be senior to existing debt with the blessing of the Court. This is not that situation, what I read.
