And what if that released criminal proceeds to hit and kill someone while driving?
Can the family sue the State? The Legislator that wrote the law?
Stupidity is not a crime but it should be for politicians....

"...the truth is, immigrant drivers without licenses will be driving anyway because of the necessity. The towing of cars will not stop people from driving" said Mark Silverman, director of immigration policy at the Immigrant Legal Resource Center.

Then if towing won't stop anything, why stop the towing? After all, it's not harming anyone, right? Since it's not stopping anything.

And oh BTW, an "immigrant" is legal. What we have a problem with is illegal aliens from Mexico. If you want to know how they should be treated check out... hmmm, let's see... how about checking out how Mexico treats illegal aliens in Mexico?

You know, like what happens to us, if we do to them, what they are doing to us.

In many places law enforcement agencies are already told to let illegals skate for things like no driver’s license or insurance...those same places will shower down on people that do the same that are not illegals. So does this apply to everyone or only to illegals?
