Seeing as Boeing depends on this cruddy Admin for a huge part of it’s business I look upon what they are doing as a way to survive.

Let’s rember they have a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholder to legally maximize profit. A failure to do so by NOT doing something which would jeopardize the bottom line and result in a legal action against the BoD.

I don’t think you get it. Profits are suffering due to incompetence of the AA hires and the PC mentality. Boeing is not really winning many contracts due to the AA hires.

Boeing Diversity Councils are integrated groups of site leaders, managers and employees who work to create a culture where everyone is respected and included. These groups provide learning and leadership opportunities, enhance communication, and facilitate the implementation of organizational diversity plans. Boeing has more than 40 Diversity Councils.
Boeing Affinity Groups are employee-led associations designed to further personal and professional development, promote diversity within the company, engage in outreach and community volunteerism, and strengthen networking. While members share a common interest, such as race, gender or cultural identity, membership is open to all employees. The seven affinity groups collectively have more than 90 local chapters and each is supported by a local Diversity Team representative:

In this case the government owns the ball AND the ballfieldo they get toake the rules.

They might make airplanes. We really haven’t seen much of that lately. The 787 was 3 years overdue and even then it is being released with known rework needing to be done.

My guess is that the current governor of WA State, Christine Gregoire is headed to WA to take a seat on the NLRB. She has decided not to run for re-election because her approval rating is a dismal, 35%.
