Sarah Palin did not announce whether she would enter the 2012 presidential contest

You're probably right but the suspense is killing me, L~

How many people claim they are ‘sick of Washington’, ‘sick of politicians’, yet still so strongly identify with a ‘party’, D or R etc ?

It needs to be driven home, that someone from outside the ‘established’ D or R can, and does have answers to the problems facing this country, despite the Karl Roves and corrupt media, that the D’s and R’s got us into all of this mess!
Separately and by ‘working across the aisle.’!

The Tea party might as well be called the independent party. It’s the party of people who are fed up with both parties’ antics and corruption, slapping themselves on the back for the media clips they get on the 6 o clock news...

Independent of the corrupt media, independent of the corrupt D’s and R’s, independent of socialist business with government.

It’s past time of ‘picking the lesser of 2 evils’..

Only those who want solutions and real reform will be interested.

'that is supposed to be “peeling” for all of you word checkers out there."

Or maybe we will hear the pealing of the bells if she announces.

I have never thought Palin was anything other than what she is now, but I also don’t begrudge her for continuing education. McCotter can’t win, Palin will win, so I hope they become a team in the future. (I kind of suspect this will happen.)

The ‘drama’ is not Palin’s doing - it is the media’s doing. Palin has been consistant in position that she would make her decision in late summer/early fall since last winter.

Sarah Palin did not announce whether she would enter the 2012 presidential contest I like Sarah, but all this drama on whether she's running or not is BS. It's time she either sh*t or get off the pot. ---- No despite how many times you or others post it, it's not time. She still has plenty of time. But both the Democrats and the Republicans can't stand the waiting, waiting to attack her, for fear they will watch their corrupt ships sink... Both parties are corrupt, separately and together... It's time to wake up. Stop identifying with a party as the be all end all. She's all about reform. Reforming the corruption in congress, the media, big business and government... She means it. She's done it before. And it scares the hell out of both corrupt parties.

My observatons have been, since ‘08, that her respect for McCain has always carefully been focused around his military service to our country.

>> Everyone but you seems to know why

Oh, of course. She endorsed McCain against her better principles, as payback for an earlier kindness.

Now, help me out here... what is her position on cronyism, again? Wrong, right?

I believe she can win.
I believe she could win even as a third party candidate.

Could the GOP become extint like the whig party?

Yes. I think “crony capitalism” will ding the bell, with the indy’s and the conservatives.

My comment is not meant to be a negative towards Gov. Palin. Its really a comment on the political environment in which we live. Thad McCotter is arguably the most eloquent and intellectually gifted candidate that the Republicans have, yet because he’s not “slick” enough, he has trouble getting any traction. He would gain instant recogntion in a debate, yet the MEDIA won’t let him participte because he doesn’t poll well. Its a Catch 22. All the other candidates, including Bachmann, Cain, Santorum, Gingrich, and Huntsmann, who were beaten by McCotter in a recent New Hamphire Straw Poll, can buy “poll points”. McCotter is a grass roots candidate,so he has to concentrate solely on New Hampshire and Iowa and use the social media to garner attention. He needs the “debate” more than others. IMO, Thad McCotter should be in these debates.

"Crony Capitalism" should be called exactly what it really is, fascism. Not only does the democrat fascist party have a very, very, long history dealing with major corporations the same way the Nazi party did, they have the exact same eugenics program that Hitler adopted and renamed, "Racial Purity" to make it seem more Aryan. From the "science" the democrat party relied on to target tobacco companies to the "green agenda" they have embraced, everything on the democrat agenda since the thirties has come straight out of the German Nazi playbook and propaganda initiatives. Each item on the German Nazi Party list of things to deliver in the first four years after Hitler was elected has been promoted and implemented by the democrat party in this country and each of those things has been sold to the public in exactly the same terms it was sold to the German public prior to WWII. The democrat party has always been dedicated to building a fascist nobility system that preserves some aspects of capitalism to benefit the nobility, marginally decent jobs for he party faithful, and massive welfare plantations for the great majority who will never be "politically sound".

Make no mistake about it, ending corporate taxes is a very, very, smart strategy for destroying the democrat fascists ability to raise campaign funds and to reward the party faithful. If Sarah next targets the "education system" in this country as needing to be torn down and rebuilt to educate people rather than to indoctrinate them, it'll be clear that she realizes we're in a war fascists rather than being distracted by the socialist aspects of their actions and propaganda.

Ending corporate taxes and the current education system are attacks directly on the heart and soul of democrat fascism, attacks that bypass the strong-points democrat politicians have so carefully built over he years to defeat attacks on their fascist machine. Their own propaganda, in fact, works against their holding the high ground in any defense of either continuing corporate taxes or leaving the current education system in tact. No one, and I mean no one, has any respect for the current "higher education" system now that we have seen the results of affirmative action played out at the pinnacle of power by Widdle Barry, and the way the democrat party has passed out cash to companies they claim they are taxing has destroyed the illusion that corporations actually pay taxes under our current system.

If folks thought that the pagan democrat fascist party has been going wild over Sarah up until now, just wait a bit and you'll see how low they're really willing to go in order to retain their mass murder clinics, access to tax money to retain their power, and their hands on the throat of the the wealthiest capitalist corporations. No government that violates over a hundred years of bankruptcy law to take over an automobile company and after saving the autoworkers union sells the company is socialist, only fascists want to retain the socialist facade that hypnotizes masses of people into supporting the party but at the same time reward the upper echelons of the party nobility with the sort of wealth only capitalism can produce.

JMHo

If you think that a 1/2 term governor who was run out of office by the DNC machine can win then you are equally crazy.

See the name calling can go both ways.

If Obama, Perry or Romney is elected, nothing will change. Obama will speed his socialist agenda along. Perry or Romney will do do the same, just at a snails pace so that no one notice. I am sick of the “crony capitalist” in and out of our government. Saxby Chambliss, one of my US Senators was a good honest politician when he first ran and was elected to the Senate. Now he is owned by the banking industry. I absolutely detest the man now because he has forgotten why he was sent to the senate for. He no longer represents folks like me. He no longer cares about anyone but himself. That is repeated in every state in our union and I fear that this may be our last chance to change the culture in DC.

September 17, 2011 -- Constitution Day. (How apropos.)

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that the scheduled "day of rage" in DC?

If so, she'll evaporate any coverage of it...talk about a twofer!

Oh, good call. The Day of Rage is also scheduled to happen on Wall Street in NYC, meeting at the bull. I forget where I read that, so I don't have a link.

Maybe some NYC freepers can check it out for us.
