Who.
I would vote for Perry in a general election....not my first choice (or 2nd) in a primary though. However, I would NOT vote for him even in a general election if Romney is his VP pick.
Romney is forever and always unacceptable to me. I don’t even want him to advise a POTUS. IF he is so good in the private sector, then he should go back to it and create jobs.
“Who the hell thinks this BS up??”
I guess people that want Obama to get reelected!
My Opinions:
PALIN-———Reagan in a skirt. Best chance for the country to find its way out of socialism. Id vote for her above all others.
PERRY-———Probably a good candidate; America loves presidents from Texas.
CAIN————Excellent man with a head on his shoulders with CEO experience; probably equivalent to Perry.
BACHMANN——Palin without the leadership experience. Smart, but Congresscritters don’t make good presidents.
RUBIO-———Talks the talk, walks the walk, born in the USA before parents became citizens; too bad - not a chance.
ROMNEY———Not a chance. summed up in two words: RINO and RomneyCare.
GIULIANI——Less of a chance than ROMNEY: also a RINO.
“Would love to see Perry/Palin.”
I cannot imagine Sarah Palin ever being someone’s second banana again. She has already been there and done that. It is the top job or she does something else.
I could see her endorsing Perry, but not being his VP. Bachmann is a more likely choice, but wouldn’t help his ticket.
Besides, we still don’t know yet if Sarah Palin is going to run. I think it is impossible to know what she is planning.
Wow. "Hard money conservatives" are for Romney? What does that even mean?
Perry gains nothing running on Romney's ticket.
Perry could pander to "independents" with Romney on his ticket but I can tell you it wouldn't help him with a single state in the Northwest or West Coast.
You are of course right, but I don’t think our little Republican primary voters can understand.
No dice.
I can live with Perry’s Rick, but NO WAY do I want Milt anywhere near the White House.
Perry wouldn’t pick Romney - he brings nothing to the table.
Better picks would be Paul Ryan, Marco Rubio, or Nikki Haley.
Adding Romney to the ticket is like going deer hunting with an accordion.
The VP nominee will be someone born after 1970. We need younger blood.
but who knows....maybe he'll get forced in like Bush Sr was forced on Reagan....
I think a Perry - Palin ticket may be in the works (unless Palin decides to jump in and become a spoiler that enables Romney to win the nomination).
Perry-Romney? Unlikely
Romney-Palin? More likley
Perry/Palin maybe
Or if we look at the historical trend...
Romney/Palin more likely
>>Who the hell thinks this BS up??
Ehrlichman: Hot pants
Nixon: Jeeeeesus Christ
Probably the same folks who came up with the hot pants.
NEWS FLASH:
RICK PERRY LOVES GOVERNMENT. HES A CAREER POLITICIAN THAT LOVES GOVERNMENT. HES BEEN SUBSIDIZED BY THE GOVERNMENT FOR 27 YEARS. EVERYTHING HE OWNS IS BECAUSE OF GOVERNMENT. ALL THE PERKS HE RECIEVED WHILE IN OFFICE IS BECAUSE OF GOVERNMENT!!
Well yeah but, who's winning American Idol and Dancing With the Stars between commercials for Viagra, Sleeping Pills, and Grecian Formula this week?
I hear ya conservaterian, but evidently many of the Perrywinkled folks are the same Left Beehind geniuses who're whining about the evile banks foreclosing upon them after they fibbed about their income on their Liar Loan mortgage application... because they were going to get Raptured away before the ARM on the McMansion exploded anyhow.
"Ooops"
And the speculation Obama needs to replace Joe Biden
