Why does this network and its personnel insist on insulting the opposition? What do they gain by it?

LAUER: ‘You’re the ‘Most Divisive Political Figure in This Country in a Century.’
CHENEY: “And your fly is open.’
To: Nachum
Lauer is just Chrissie Matthews without all the spittle or Keith Olbermann without the hair.

An even bigger question is why would former VP Cheney grant an interview to the likes of Lauer?

Cheney simply quipped: “You left out Darth Vader.”
LOL!!! You gotta admire Cheney’s sens of humor.
I love when he had an interview and he took out the battery pack to his LVAD and caused the interviewer to be uncomfortable.

if true, that would be solely the product of the DNC and their wholly owned subsidiary, the MSM. The funny thing is, if you look at the things that were purportedly devisive, the Obama crowd has either maintained the policy or has enhanced its reach.
And more devisive than Obama? I think not. He's setting the gold standard for that.

So why was it okay for us to use what most people would say was torture against terror suspects? Who is most people? What about the people who say it's not torture? The moslims declared war on us twice. We are still at war with them. We are not at war with Iran.

The more important question is why would any Republican, much less a conservative Republican, even bother to talk to these yahoos?
It would be very easy, very inexpensive, and probably hit a much wider audience, were Cheney to do an Internet interview with a respectful and objective interviewer.
Give it to Matt Drudge as an exclusive, and it will get millions of hits.
Not only would Cheney get a real say, but he could go into depth with his answers, without having some cheeseball like Lauer insult him, and there would be no “instant rebuttal” by the MSM and the left to what he had just said.
And the best part, the interview could be copyrighted, so the producer could DMCA the MSM, when they swiped it. Which they would.

The day that Dick Cheney has to worry about crossing swords with serial philanderer Matt Lauer is the day we will need to arm ourselves against 2 month old kittens.

Most Divisive Political Figure in This Country in a Century
How convenient that Lauer forgot that no one was more "divisive" (i.e. hated) to the commie-Libs than Nixon, w/ Reagan a very close second.

Maybe because it riles US up, the conservative base, far better than our own media is capable of doing? I’ll probably put windows out now, by burning rubber to go buy his book!
Of course, selling something is the ONLY reason to appear on these meat grinder instruments hacking for the administration.

If you are among the growing ranks of those who don't like 0bama - it is because you are a racist hater.
If you are among the hardcore left who still cannot let go of your hatred for a man who held very little actual power three years ago - it is because Cheny is “divisive”.
