If you think billions of dollars were spent on bogus studies and smoking bans because anyone cares that you find smoke annoying and smelly you need to start thinking with something other than your nose.
That said, once one gives Government the authority to ban harmful substances from user discretion, one also grants Government (or government will usurp) the authority to regulate any substance one consumes, including food.
Now there is just one more excuse to kick down the front door, stomp the kitties and shoot the dog.

I agree and will only add that now that the Federal gov’t has a financial interest in each individual’s health, it will get worse. Health insurance was the last straw in total control of our physical beings......
