Unless there is another unexpected innovation along the lines of the tech boom, the internet, or Milkin's new finance, or another windfall like the unwinding of the savings and loan mess, Big Washington is in big trouble.

Cut spending, cut regulation and, never mentioned even by Republicans these days, cut taxes!
