According to that logic, the "president," on American soil, can pardon every muslim mass murderer, every foreign spy bent on sabotaging the economy, every domestic and foreign terrorist, and it's all cool?
He can skate?
When do things rise to the level of High Crimes and Misdemeanors?

Let's take a closer look at the process.
Can we just take a look at that "Pardon?"
There is something profoundly unsettling (and I suspect unconstitutional) about a blanket pardon where each individual to be pardoned cannot be identified.
...but upon the condition, nevertheless, that every such person shall take and subscribe the following oath, (or affirmation,) and thenceforward keep and maintain said oath inviolate; and which oath shall be registered for permanent preservation, and shall be of the tenor and effect following, to wit:
“I, ______, do solemnly swear, (or affirm,) in presence of Almighty God, that I will henceforth faithfully support, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and the union of the States thereunder; and that I will, in like manner, abide by, and faithfully support all laws, and proclamations which have been made during the existing rebellion with reference to the emancipation of slaves. So help me God.”
The following classes of persons are excepted from the benefits of this Proclamation:---
Ever officer and soldier covered by the proclamation was identified in the records of the Confederate Army : Name, age, place of residence etc.
It seems to me that, if such a blanket pardon as Hussein is contemplating is to be legal, every individual qualifying for such pardon must be idenfied, preferably before the fact, or 20 million additional criminals will suddenly appear.
Every illegal alien must sign up for the pardon first : Name, Place of birth, age and address of permanent residence.
Mexican residences need not apply.

Amnesty for illegals undermines the framework and foundation of law. It violates the Federal government’s constitutional obligation to protect the country.
Great slogan. Even without the question mark we all know what it means.
Now this borders on treason. Obama is doing so much damage to this country it has become a national emergency to make sure he is defeated.

My thought on this is sometimes the warning must go out first. Think Paul Revere. Then the preparing, and waiting begin. The waiting is the difficult party. Thus prepare and wait.
