It’s great watching the horses who stepped out of the gate and those who are not yet settled in the gate yet.

It’s a good show in the face of the Demorats.....they have to determine who they are going to spend their revenues against....with so many in the running... ‘they have to wait’ or exhaust too much money on what would be a dead horse.

This is the enjoyable time of the election IMO and a show that is both exciting and interesting.

“Interesting. So Rick Perry is a habitual lier.”

No. In politics it’s called changing your mind. Or, circumstances have changed since then, and you have the change to keep up with the changing circumstances.

You just keep in mind that politics is sort of a game with its own unwritten set of rules, then you don’t have to get disappointed when your “leader” changes position, or runs for a higher office when he led you to beleive something else, and get all upset and call them a “lier”

Trump? He was in, then out, now maybe back in... perhaps Huckabee and Daniels will jump back in too.

Not as outlandish as you might think. Trump was on Hannity's radio show just yesterday talking, once again, about how he will run as an independent if the Republicans don't chose the "right candidate." I have no idea what his qualifications are for the "right candidate." I wish Sean would stop giving him a platform. He seems to be hell-bent on giving us a Ross Perot Redux. I don't trust the guy. When Sean tried to point out that Trump would split the Republican vote and give the election to Obama, Trump fobbed him off with the opinion he would take more votes from Obama and then changed the subject to talk about infrastructure. INFRASTRUCTURE!?! Sound familiar? Who else uses infrastructure as one of his talking points?

Blindsided was MY term. Get a grip. And she WAS blindsided. Blindsided means expecting someone to keep their word, trusting them, and wham. Blindsided. Get it?
So far two of her *trusted friends* have stabbed her in the back. I think she will be a lot more careful from here on.

Those are good lessons to learn from Hillary's campaign. You can't emphasize the, "RAACIST! RAACIST, RAACIST, RAAACIST! For asking anything at all about Obama or his record," point enough.

I'm angry at misogyny I hear from "conservative" talkers who are floating Christie or soft on Romney and beat the "unelectable" drum on Palin, Bachmann from the start. They are bastards.

I commented this week or last that I think Palin's carefully reading the field.

I think she'll get in if Perry looks like he can't go the distance whether it's because of national press attacks, the establishment & Bush team, anti-TX/Bush 3.0 feelings or candidate self-destruction.

I wish Hillary had been the Dem nominee. Bad as the Clintons were the first time around, we'd be better off than under Obama.

At their highest levels, Democrats and Republicans are often in cahoots, because the elite on either side has a vested interest in protecting their counterparts across the aisle. Governor Palin doesn’t care about any of these people

This in itself is good enough for me.

AND if she talked about perry at all, it was because someone asked her about it. It was NOT unsolicited. That is ridiculous.

It's a long article but you clearly missed this line:

"Before she emerges as an official candidate either later this month or in early September, Governor Palin will have… "

I think you are right, but there is something else about hillary. If bill clinton had actually wanted her to win, she would have. HE subtley sabataged her campaign from day one.

...if she thinks she can wait till the middle of next year after all the debates are done (which is what this article implied)...

Say what??! Where exactly does this article imply that she's going to wait until the middle of next year?

...I have a problem with her possibly waiting until after all the debates are over and entering right before the actual primaries...

Again, please show me where the article says this - or even implies this. Otherwise, I think you've got a nice couple of strawmen in your post.

Great read!

“Anyone But Obama” needs to become “Nobody But Palin!”

I’m in.

Agree, re: “Our primaries will be robust with a field of candidates to please almost everyone. GO SARAH!
Exactly right.....also Looks like Christy, Ryan, Trump, Bolton, and more are simply waiting for their moment...either to step up or say they are not.”

Looks to me like they are waiting on Sarah’s decision.

The "she's not running" brigade are deeply saddened.

But my spirit is bouyed. I am elated. I rejoice. My cup reacheth the point where it fairly runneth over.

I plan to take a camera into the voting booth with me to record the historic moment.

I will gladly pay my share in taxes to have the Secret Service guard "the 'other' one," encamped somewhere on the shores of Lake Michigan, as he sits and accumulates dust. May posterity regard "him" only as a dire warning.

Good points. Who thinks anything that comes out of the guy’s mouth is anything but a manipulation?

...“WAIT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE TO ENTER THE RACE” as long as possible to me means - waiting until after all the debates are over and people are about to actually start voting in the primaries.

It may mean that to you, but not to anyone else. To wait that long would be just about the stupidest thing for a candidate to do. But thanks for getting inside Palin's mind, and enlightening us all with what WAIT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE actually means to her.

“Then I am in 100% in agreement with Palin then.”

Good. I thought you would because you seem like a reasonable person. I get the impression, though, that if Sarah had her druthers, she’d druther wait as long as possible. She knows that once the bell rings, it is off to the races and her family’s life will never be the same again. Just look what has happened since 08 and she hasn’t even been office. After this, for one thing, they will be more confined and required to have Secret Service from now on.

It would be nice if you were to inform yourself and ‘get a grip’ on the facts.

But I do apologize for my error. It was May, not June.

LOL...oh that too! She will change the entire field if she declares.

As she has said, “A lot of contemplation gooes in to such an life changing decision”. Think of the responsibility and criticism she will shoulder as she takes on undoing the TRANSFORMANTION begins the RESTORATION of our country.
