The whole Obama phenomenon is scary. He himself is a wimp. Sheltered, spoiled baby who has always had his way. Worshiped. But that is not unusual for people who end up in office. The odd thing is NO vetting and NO records extant. It has all been erased. Some day someone will speak. The Hawaii records guy Yim Adams (Pg. 268-9 of Jerome Corzi’s book) did speak out that there was never a birth record of Obama filed in that state. But that is all howled down with perjorative laughter. The federal judges are gutless on this. Never seen this in the history the federal bench in this country. There should be hundreds of attorneys willing to challenge this, but we have only this poor Orly Taiz slamming her head against the wall time and again and beings chastized, humiliated and mocked by these federal judges. Was a sorry lot. It is bizarre and surreal.

On long hair after 40: you have to be careful. I cut mine short when I feared I was getting the “Trusty the Bloodhound” look.

I totally agree few have the guts to speak out on the eligibility issue and even fewer to do the necessary research.

Well, I will give you a dispensation for Mccain, since he’s not running again.

And, as I feared when he got the nomination, he was a terrible campaigner!

What’s past is prologue. Let’s look forward and learn from our mistakes during the 2008 and 2000 primaries.

Then there was the murder on the streets of Chicago supposedly traced back to his passport woes,it just never ends.

Can you elaborate on this? Is there a reference?

Well technically Barack Sr was not technically tethered to the USA. He was on a temporary student visa and clearly a citizen of Kenya, planned to return and did return. The courts have carved out an exception to if-your-child-is- born-in-USA-then-that-child-is-a-USA-citizen by birth. The siets applies to diplomats, ministers etc temporarily in the USA AND to students here on a visa. Barach Jr’s mother was too young for Barach to assume 14th amendment citizenship because of her USA citizenship. She had to be 5 months past her 18th birthday (or something like that) and she as not. But the Courts will not touch this! We need state laws to require a re-vetting for 2012. Pass them now in battleground states.

Come on, rodguy! You’re talking like the dems offer no solution to the SS/Medicare problem, and they DO.

Coupl’a years of the death squads severely culling the herd and the numbers start looking pretty good.

It has the added benefit of removing those people who actually REMEMBER LIVING IN FREEDOM and who got out of school before the dumbing down.

I don’t know much about dog breeds, but I do see some being presented at the Westminster Kennel Show that remind me very much of the of the long straight, ever so slightly waved hair hanging down on too many female tv personalities.

High school group photos of the graduates also look like all the girls want to have the Disney Goofy look, if they have dark hair - two long chunks of hair. Why has this been the style for years?

If you Google “obama passport murder chicago” you will get numerous hits on this recent story. Here is one example which I do not vouch for as I had not heard of this before until you raised it and I looked into it: http://politicalvelcraft.org/2010/05/25/fbi-witness-murdered-who-had-access-to-obamasoetoro-passport-records/

I’m also tired of voting for lesser of two evils. At least, no matter what Perry’s faults, he looks great next to Obama.

They know that we will fix the problem they have created and then they can demagogue us. It's a brutal game they play and we have little if any choice but to be the responsible adults in the family of the U.S. if it is to be saved.

I don't know if the political will exists to fix it. We will be hard pressed to convince the public that the changes will be necessary. The Dems have been very effective in creating a culture of dependency. 54 million on SS, 47 million on Medicare, 60 million on Medicaid, and 45 million on food stamps creates a big constituency to maintain the status quo. And those numbers will grow as the population ages and Obamacare goes into effect. It may take an economic collapse to force the necessary actions. The welfare state will not die easily.

Tex, I also thought she did GREAT. Gregory looked like a totally out of control, raving, screeching PSYCHO!!! She looked calm, self possessed, in control, rational and effective.

Ken, I would have liked to hear her do an Iron Lady also. I remember on This Week with David Brinkley when they kept interrupting Thatcher before she could finish her thought.

After their asking about Bosnia and then interrupting her with a question about the attack on Nancy Kerrigan, she said, “Do you think we could finish with BAHHZNEEA before we switch to ICE SKATING?”

They looked like the idiots they were and nobody interrupted her again that day even though their little arms were twitching and they were squirming in their seats.

I was wishing Bachmann would say, “Dickie, you’ve asked some of these questions three times and I’ve answered them three times. Do you need me to repeat it again REEEAAALLL SLOOOOOW?”

OTOH she may have looked more presidential just calmly refuting his fury.

I also have yet to pick a candidate, but I do like her and I think she’s growing stronger with the competition.

You are missing my point.

No, I just disagree.

I used to think that too, but now, like many others on this thread...I just think he sucks.

How many times do you have to hear him worrying about "tax cuts for the rich" etc before he blows his credibility?

And Little Billy Crystal can bite me too.
