I'll hold fire on that conclusion, pending how much support (or withholding of support) he sends the way of the spendthrift republicans.

I wouldn’t go that far. He will vote the right way. His mistake was answering this question.
Should have followed age old advice “If you don’t have something nice to say say nothing at all”

Too damned many of them. I can’t blame him. But hopefully when the time comes he will just happen to support a lot of the right candidates.

No need to knock DeMint.
RINOs are still going to be targeted.

DeMint respects weasels. I guess if they are good at being weasels they deserve some kind of respect. At least they remain true to themselves.

Actually, the anger should be focused on the “man” who could have led the house in the right direction but chose to surrender.
Boehner.

Actually, the anger should be focused on the man who could have led the house in the right direction but chose to surrender. Boehner. Nah. I've got more than enough anger to focus on the whole lot of 'em. No shortage whatsoever.

Oh yes, now DeMint is a RINO.
C’mon, folks.

He should definitely be primaried.
p.s. does that require a sarcasm tag? — just in case-///////SSSSSS

i agree with you three. jimbo123 has his heart in the right place, but the wrong target. No need to knock DeMint.
Politico is just trying to isolate the FEW true conservatives even more.
DeMint is voting the right way.
and he just flat said his fellow Republicans are WRONG!
that takes courage.
especially when he’s not the leadership.
now someone like West, who calls us schizophenic, because we wanted the Tea Party freshmen to keep the faith, for reducing the out of control spending?
Boehner, telling good conservatives to “get their asses in line” ?!?
...i’ll support jimbo123 calling them any names he wants.
we had ONE chance, ONE piece of leverage, to get some REAL cuts, to save our nation. they betrayed us.

Remember last December when Jim DeMint promised to use every parliamentary method possible to prevent a vote on ObamaCare and backed down?
I trust Sarah Palin, Rand Paul, Tim Scott and not many other Republicans.
