Talk about bitter ends: Donofrio’s self-administered fleecing in his latest arguably-birther-related lawsuit, the matter of Old Carco LLC, left him at a monster. He wrote that he intends never again to go to federal court; and since then, his victorious opponents have shown him their price tag: $128,762.50.
Lawyer and poker-player Leo Donofrio kept raising the stakes while he was drawing dead. Now they’re taking all his chips.

I agree that there may be many formatting issues that were inserted to tweek conservatives, but tampering in any way with an official document, or even a certified copy thereof, is a felony in HI and probably any other state in the Union. Anyone associated with posting this to a federal website, including Obama, could be culpable.
