I looked at a Bushmaster Carbon 15 a couple of weeks ago that was selling for around $600. (The guns-to-go place) A very lightweight gun! On the other hand, I don’t see how it could stand up to some heavy duty usage the same way a regular AR would.

Was looking hard at a M&P15 but now looking at a .308 Kel Tec RFB bullpup.
Really liking the Kel Tec. Would probably run 2K with optics from what I've found so far.
From what I've read, the Kel Tec is also hard to come by.
