IMO the thought process for this mud-slinging, at this time, is something like this:
People don't really notice patterns, from a series of independent events. Right now Michele Bachmann is an independent event. A female conservative running for president.
In a few weeks, that may change. Not because Congressman Bachmann will be bothered by this sort of silly whining. But because a second female conservative may join her.
Another female conservative who has received this same treatment.
Even the most deaf, dumb and blind liberal dope will begin to notice, when both of them start receiving regular sliming. And people will start to correctly identify the behavior as what it is: SEXISM. Misogyny.
The moment that realization happens, one of them will win.
So the people using this sort of slime, are trying to use it now, when they're calculating it won't backfire on them.
I think they're wrong.

The GOP Establishment wants someone it can control. That’s not Bachmann or Palin so they must be destroyed. Like Palin, Bachmann is discovering that the attacks from her own party are actually more vicious than the attacks from the Dems.

Female hysteria was a once-common medical diagnosis, made exclusively in women, which is today no longer recognized by modern medical authorities as a medical disorder."
And I'm sitting here wondering why it's not.

Will all the people who never in their lifetime had to make a quick visit to a hospital please stand up!
If you are over 45, and you stood up, you are either very lucky or a liar. I was in great health when I was attending a seminar in Santa Fe, NM. To keep awake during the long hours of seminar, I drank more than usual amount of coffee. After the session ended, I had a some wine (no more than 2 glasses) with fellow attendees. Then I went for a mile long jog. When I got back and went to bed, my heart rhythm went berserk. It was beating extremely erratic. I never had experienced such problem in my 50 years age. I called 911 and they took me to a hospital. They gave me some sedative and I was back to normal.
Well...there could be 2 reasons for my hospital episode. my boss whom I liked had just resigned...or...it was Caffeine + alcohol + 8000 feet above sea level at Santa Fe. You decide!

That didnt take long. She must be tracking well. My favorite person LUV W!.
I don't know how she's tracking. In fact, I'm for another candidate (Perry), but, when I hear vitriolic spewings from the left about any candidate, I take a second look.
If the libs hate her enough to smear her, I'm FOR HER.

Apparently there is a Mormon fellow who still subscribes to that way of thinking. Or Myth is hoping the rest of the country will buy it.
I would rather have a female President who has “a tendency to cause trouble” than a straight up lying, shifty, POS, Progressive loser.

I agree they are wrong.
The People have opened their eyes to liberal tactics. And, dare I say, have begun thinking for themselves?

Many of them have in fact become rich doing what they know how to do. For us the problem is that haven’t a clue about the situation in which we now find ourselves. I am thinking about Rove right now, but there are many like him. For instance the minority leader of the Senate.

Whod ever think a Mormon would be that catty. Are you kidding? The LDS is even going after (Mormon) Russell Pearce in AZ because he is not in line with the new Mormon imperative of amnesty for illegals.

Are We the People unreasonable in asking for full disclosure?
I think it reasonable. I hope she responds clearly and allays the concerns.
If she refuses to address the issue, she's out. I don't believe folks will vote for her even if they like her.

Maybe it's all just exaggeration and/or hooey.
I believe in the power of prayer, but for a headache?

“Bachmann is discovering that the attacks from her own party...”
Bachmann was ‘going rogue’ before it was vogue.
She started her elected career crushing a popular 18yr Republican incumbent. This year she went for Boehner’s head. And then over it (SOTU).
She can take it. She can dish it out.
