If the Prosecution has not yet attempted to interview the Washington Post investigative reporters who used Hassan as a source back in the Walter Reed scandal, and then done a search on the internet to find “leftwing noise” regarding someone at Walter Reed who thought many of the psychological care crowd should be tried for warcrimes (words right out of Hassan’s mouth), then the Prosecution has not yet even begun to plumb the depths of this case.
This murdering raghead is gonna walk once CAIR and their commie lib pals in the ‘RAT party go to work in the “media” with their “Islamophobia” bull****.
Screw the trial. They should just release him on the base and see how long he can survive without protection.
DO NOT let this POS get off on a technicality!
He should have faced a firing squad and been buried with pig entrails already!
Why would the JAG not honor the discovery process?
What an idiot.
Prosecutors in the military are always officers with superiors.
Apparently the emails were with held from the discovery process due to Classified information.
This will all get worked out, and Hassan will face justice.
The character of any man is defined by how he treats his mother as the years pass ... need I say more about this person below other than there is no character, no integrity but there is a ton of attitude and arrogance that defines his shallow past and hollow future ... I rest my case.
I bought and read Audacity of Hope. It was difficult to read considering his attitude toward us and everything American. Let me add a phrase he uses to describe his attitude toward whites.
He harbors a "COIL OF RAGE". His words not mine. THIS IS OUR PRESIDENT Is anyone out there awake?
Everyone of voting age should read these two books: Don't buy them, just get them free from a library.
>From Dreams From My Father:
"I ceased to advertise my mother's race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites."
>From Dreams From My Father:
"I found solace in nursing a pervasive sense of grievance and animosity against my mother's race."
>From Dreams From My Father:
"There was something about her that made me wary, a little too sure of myself, maybe and white."
>FromDreams From My Father:
"It remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, tostrike out and name names."
>From Dreams From My Father:
"I never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn't speak to my own. It was into my father's image, the black man, son of Africa, that I'd packed all the attributes I sought in myself: The attributers of Martin and Malcolm, DuBois and Mandela."
And FINALLY ...... and most scary:
>From Audacity of Hope:
"I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction."
This is what we should expect from a Muslim pResident.
a post , a rope , five men with rifles , no blindfold
He will probably die from old age first.
I would not count on it. Inshalla
I think this is just a hiccup in the process.
Perhaps means and methods are at risk of compromise.
Six! Six men! *waving arms and shouting* ☺
Kind’a sounds like Hasan, OJ, and Casey could sign up for a threesome.
The swiftest path to justice for him would have been if our soldiers had been armed and able to return fire, of course. Failing that, I'm gonna stay a little less than absolutely confident that someone won't find a way to screw this up.
Gee! Bill Ayers can tell a weaving tale!

As I understand it, Harpu, no one on a military base is armed—that’s why he was able to kill so many. I never knew that before, I just assumed that at least the MP’s were armed.
It is crazy that our “armed forces” May not be armed on a military base.
I could be sitting in Shoepfes BBQ with a firearm but not on the base.
