It seems boy president just cost us more money with his idiodic decision to take oil from the SPR, it'll cost more to replace what he took out.

Maybe Zer0 won’t be happy until the playing field is equal and we have $10/gallon gas like Europe has. Of course, such an idea is another case of a fantasy without regard to the consequences. Just like he may choke on whatever he is smoking.
