What, then, is there for Odumbo to veto? I realize that he doesn't know anything about the constitution, and wouldn't care if he did, but this is ridiculous, or rather, it's an empty political statement.

The threat is meaningless since the Senate will never accept the House bill--the Democrats are in control there. The President can veto a bill only after it has been passed by both houses.

Not that you could expect Obama to know the fine points of the Constitution, even if the University of Chicago Law School was pressured into hiring him as an adjunct to teach the subject. Supposedly he spent the class periods talking about basketball.

His nominee Richard Cordray is a product of the University of Chicago Law School (afterwards clerking for Byron White).

Veto everything you waste of space. America is not a job you asshole. It is a system where we get through the problems of all times. We`have the freedom. Take that away and it could be trouble.
