Fixed it for you.
Mr. and Mrs. Bachmann are evangelical activists. (Not a slam just a fact). Mr. and Mrs. Bachmann have what some would call a primitive view of the marital relationship. (Again, not a slam, just fact). Public statements and religious proclivities taken to their natural conclusion points to a person who could (at the spiritual head of the family's insistence) use the government to pursue and achieve certain social/religious goals.
As soon as this dynamic becomes part of the national political discussion her national fund raising will dry up and her support will drop like a rock.
This is the arrow the MSM is keeping hidden in the quiver. She will be lampooned to the point that her political career could be over. If she happened to be at the top of the ticket when it is shot, she takes the whole party down with her.
What a load of crap. Bachmann has spent most of her time on national shows speaking out against the debt and trying to push for economic policies.
You can't even make a coherent argument anymore.
Another idiotic argument. Bachmann was one of the top fundraisers in the House:

Michele Bachmann: If money follows momentum and it does then the congresswoman from Minnesota will be sitting pretty when all the cash is counted. Bachmann had a standout debate performance this month in New Hampshire, and a Des Moines Register poll released over the weekend showed her in a statistical tie with Romney in Iowa. Bachmann is no stranger to raising big sums: She collected more than $13 million for her 2010 House campaign.
That is a good thing in many ways for Bachmann. She doesn't have the stigma as having quit office. She never has appeared in reality shows for money with Kate Gosselin and her eight kids. Her numbers with independents are better and unfavorables are far lower than Palin.
It's time to stop pretending Palin doesn't have just as high, if not higher, hurdles to overcome than Bachmann.
Your candidate is a kook. The hurdles don’t come any higher than that.
Bachmann is a small gov’t conservative, and would likely cut the headcount of gov bean counters employed by the federal gov’t.
O Noes!
Your fear is understandable, your debate points are not.
