I can’t imagine how a man could commit so much evil and live with himself. As with Judas, Satan entered into him. The Grand Rapids shooter had the grace to off himself with his last shot.

The Grand Rapids shooter had the grace to off himself with his last shot. Maybe this guy also planned on doing that but something went wrong like maybe he ran out of bullets.

That will have to come out with the back-story. I wouldn’t doubt it, though — as we have learned there is usually some up-down oscillation psychopharmacology in these family-shooting equations.
It is also indicative of something (MAYBE) that the shooter’s younger brother was in the house with his wife.
I wouldn’t doubt that the guy’s surrender was a function of his having run out of ammo.
