The article doesn't include any comment from the teachers' collective bargaining representatives or their attorneys, nor does it mention numbers.
It says: The trust parents placed in their children's teachers and principals has, for many of them, been broken beyond repair. ... however, unless they make arrangements for the private education of their children, they have no reason to expect anything but a continuation of the same procedures, only more cautiously.

I took one ROTC class in college many years ago (not sure why). When it was time for the test, the instructor would stand over me and whisper very broad hints to the answers.

Immunity from what? Having the report submitted to a committee? I’ve read nothing about criminal charges. All this means is they will keep their jobs and the junta at the top will be reshuffled to other school disctricts.
