I’m sure the felon dropped, but how about the testicle?
I’m betting the cop in the original story had a lisp or stutter or knew someone who did and thought the kid was mocking him. Taser time.

This will give you a whole new perspective on just how far out of control our law enforcement is in this country.
When the SHTF I going to guess a whole lot of people are going to go looking for some of these bad cops and take some revenge for being mistreated.
Remember some of New Orleans Police officers are on trial right now for shooting and killing unarmed citzens on a bridge after the hurricane had passed.
