Tht is because YOU allowed your legislature to decide to do that.The rest of us have not allowed that to happen....Very poor example. Just why do you think out patient surgical centers shouldn’t be inspeced?Do you even realize what you are commenting on?
Probably more than most on this board as I worked in a veterinary surgical environment until last year. The surgical suites are inspected by the facility and by private professional associations in addition to FDA, USDA, OSHA, and EEOC. In all cases the private certifications are far more stringent But also far more meaningful. The government regulators usually spend a week in a room going through paperwork and the private inspectors actually walk through the building
OK normally I hate burraucratic crapola but I must give Kansas a BIg thumbs up on this one!
I can just imagine the howling from PP about the “oppressive” state of Kansas shutting them down.
