Eventually, every television and computer screen in America will be required to have a little picture-in-picture that displays a continuous loop of a government-mandated lecture, presentation, power-point, and movie showing us how good and normal gay people are and how healthy and life-affirming the gay lifestyle is. By the time it becomes clear that that's not working, the technology will be available to beam an improved government-mandated multimedia presentation directly into your eyeballs via holographic projector that's mounted directly to your head. You won't be allowed to remove it or turn it off, and you won't be allowed to tamper with the projection optics. The soundtrack will be audible 24/7, and it will be a federal crime to tamper with your earpieces or, eventually, the acoustic-nerve neurostimulators that convey the message of the soundtrack into your brain.

If this is Gov’t run, I can tell you this about the sensitivity training:
1. All gays and lezzies will do nothing wrong in the training video.
2. No gays or lezzies will make any deragatory remarks or inferences about anyone.
3. All gays and lezzies will be portrayed as “victims”
4. All perpetrators will be “white males” or “white females” - most likely “white males”.
5. All deragatory remarks and insinutations will be made by “whites”
6. The Office BIG BOSS will be a minority (black, hispanic, oriental).
7. Guy in training video emptying the waste cans or picking up the trash will be the “white guy”.
8. Any stupid questions made in the video will be made by the “white” guy.
9. All reprimands will be made by “whites” both male and female.
10. All white employees watching the training video will throw up after the training is over.

Government employees expect little out of their appointees, and that's what they get.

What this will do is to trick a few more gays out of their make-believe closets.

Regimes will change, fashions adjust, and they'll end up right where they were, and at USDA, that's going to be with most of their coworkers imagining them standing there with carrots stuck in all their body orifices.

If this is what the Office of Personnel Management and the Department of Agriculture have all the time and money in the world to concern themselves with, then clearly they have no useful function and should both be eliminated in their entirety.

We need to elect new leaders who will go through the federal establishment with a meat ax and chop out all the rot. God knows there’s plenty of it and we’d save trillions in the end.

I think this kind of training would have the opposite effect of what they intend. I think it will make straight people dislike gays and the gay lifestyle even more. And that's not going to help anybody, straight or gay.

Then again, I suspect this training has very little to do with "tolerance" and everything to do with someone telling others what to think. It's all about control, really.

I get so tired of hearing about all this LGBT crap.

At the end of my day I prefer to be recognized for my accomplishments in life rather than my sexual preference.

When the LGBT crowds only defining characteristic is their sexual preferences it must be a very shallow and unrewarding existence. No matter whether the nation recognizes gay marriage, sodomy, or is “more tolerant” of the gay lifestyle those who parade their sexual preferences will always be the least accomplished lurking in the fringes of life.

The USPS once had the personnel geeks get together with the labor lawyers and work up an EIEIO bit.

All the personnel people were heroes and the lawyers were running about doing manful things.

There were about 5 or 6 little vignettes in their video.

All very nice; all very cute; and 100% of the "heavies" were the people in Mail Classification (they make sure postage is collected properly ~ or you go to jail).

The suggestion was that unless you follow the rules folks from Mail Classification might pull down your panties, or falsely accuse you of vicious things, or steal cash out of a cash drawer, or mail bricks that you had to carry.

I appealed to the Postmaster General that this particular video be nipped in the bud and not distributed since, otherwise, I would sue, and he knew what that meant.

Most of your PMGs are good guys and they hate to be formally charged with real crimes. There have been exceptions.

What I’d like to know is why the LGBT crowd, who choose to engage in deviant behavior needs my accpetance. I don’t accept their lifestyle, nor do I have to be sensitive because they choose to live immoral lives.
