Late last week, BIG republican donors Charles Butt (HEB) and Perry from Houston (no relation to Rick Perry) came out against it. These wealthy big biz owners in Texas have Perry in their back pocket. In fact, they supported Perry to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
