>>Keep in mind that it will be the police of extreme-left Madison that have jurisdiction. <<

Yes, but also keep in mind that those police have been called “pigs” by plenty of the people they were supposed to be protecting in the past.

I’m glad to see Walker pushing this. Also, he no doubt knows exactly what happened, which bodes well for the outcome. Besides, if Prosser had really choked Bradley as she claims, she almost certainly would have pressed charges (she didn’t).

One way to keep this from being established left wing lore is to prosecute it and see where the chips fall. If those “witnesses” were lying to the press, let’s see if they’re willing to commit perjury as well. It would be especially nice to see the testimony before the recall elections are held, particularly if Prosser’s version stands.

Walker’s making a good move here, adding the prestige of his office to the effort to investigate, making it tougher for the Dane County liberals to ignore (and I’m betting that’s what they desperately want to do right now.)

You are correct. Walker has prodded law enforcement to get involved, why? Simple, he probably did his own investigation and found that the lefty judge is trying to entrap Prosser. I could totally see her charging Prosser, Prosser putting his hands up to defend himself and her crying that she had been assaulted. It is akin to a liberal protestor tactic. Bait the police, spit at them, pelt them with rocks, get arrested and cry police brutality.

Now, with law enforcement involved the innuendo is going to have to stop and people will be placed on the record. There could even be consequences for making false accusations of assault and battery.

Quote: “It will be interesting to see where this goes even though the original accusation is bunk. The DA for deciding if they take the case? Ishmael Ozanne...the same guy who
brought the lawsuit against the Budget Repair Bill.”

Not sure how it works in Wisconsin but in most states the state attorney general can take a case over from a local DA and investigate at that level.

Fine. We’ll see. The police chief was on the scene early on. Maybe even Inspector Clouseau and Hercule Poroit. But this Prosser just went through hell just having his valid election certified. He is probably already under a lot of stress, and the D members of the court probably conspired to screw him over, which of course is not kosher. The left has destroyed Wisconsin. Coming to a state near you.

Union thugs specialize in this sort of tactic.

I once worked on a case where strikers tried to stop cars from entering a work site. A car brushed past a striker blocking the entrance. Striker got out of the way; his buddy spoke to him, and then he fell down and the other strikers called the cops. Driver of the car was arrested, but fortunately, the company had a CCTV on the top of the building.

Striker lost his job and got sued for malicious prosecution. Maybe it will happen to Justice Bradley as well.

I can always dream.

Absolutely! Justice Prosser would never do something like this; he is a disciplined conservative.

What kind of filthy, wickedly treacherous people do they have as liberal justices in Wisconsin?!

Dear Justice Prosser: do not be alone with the liberal justices under any circumstances. Always have a conservative witness in any room you may use as a justice of the SC of Wisconsin. Do not give them the opportunity to harm you or your reputation in any way.

I think the fact that she went to the Journal Sentinel rather than the police to report the incident pretty much tells me all I need to know.

This may lead to the liberal nutjudge resigning. How can she survive a potential lie of this magnitude? Her judgments will always be called into question, as it is tainted by her actions here, and for those judges who support her, they had better watch what they say!

This is going to get good! Popcorn alert!

According to the article that I read, "All justices but N. Patrick Crooks were in Bradley's suite of offices when the incident happened. None of them but Bradley have spoken publicly about it."

I believe you have it correctly. Remember, in Liberalistan, they believe that any action taken to advance the cause is ethical. That is their standard. Lie, cheat, assault, murder, rob, rape... it doesn't matter as long as it advances the cause. As long as the "Progressives" controlled the media, it worked for them. Now that conservatives have a little bit of media, they can no longer hide their crimes and sins. The take down of the Weiner is prophetic. The only leftists that still seem untouchable, are black liberals, who have Charlie Rangel to hold up as a standard bearer.

Walker should demand polygraph test of both parties.

Polygraph tests.

Polygraph tests.

Polygraph tests.

curious......reminds me of the sherlock holmes mystery where the clue to the identity of the killer was in the fact that the dog didn't bark.

Crooks is in the Liberal camp, which is in the minority by one, three liberals, four conservatives. Remove the two justices allegedly involved, that leaves four justices, of which one is a liberal (a man) and three are conservative (one man, two women), as witnesses. If Chief Justice Abrahamson lies, she loses all credibility with the majority of the court, who apparantly, simply wanted to sweep this under the rug.

It is an understandable reaction from conservatives who have been repeatedly savaged by the MSM.

I think that the truth will out, though. I will be very interested to read what Abrahamson says, if anything.

From the article: On June 15 - two days after the incident and a day after the court's decision was released - Tubbs, the Capitol police chief, met with all seven justices about the incident involving Prosser and Bradley, sources said. It was not clear Monday whether it was an informal setting; one source said Tubbs never separately interviewed at least three of the justices.

From your post: Crooks is in the Liberal camp, which is in the minority by one, three liberals, four conservatives. Remove the two justices allegedly involved, that leaves four justices, of which one is a liberal (a man) and three are conservative (one man, two women), as witnesses.

Wanta guess which three were NOT separately interviewed...

From his fearless ability to confront directly his political enemies, I’m beginning to think of Governor Walker as the “elected version” of Breitbart. Keep up the good fight, Governor.
