It's time for Michele Bachmann and the Tea Party Freshman members of congress to go after the communists in our government. Reinstitute the House Committee on Un-American Activities If not now, when? It has taken awhile, but most Americans now realizes we have a communist in the White House. Let the investigations begin!

The 100% vote for Panetta was not a good sign.

Not a good sign at all. I'm here pacing thinking, "Now What?" We wait until November 6, 2012 is the rational answer, but . . it's hard to wait while they systematically destroy our Sacred Republic.

Thank you for the citation. I am glad I asked because it reveals that the prosecutor is Fitzgerald who, despite his obvious missteps of the Scooter Libby case, nevertheless regards himself as a straight shooter. By that I mean that he is unlikely to see himself as part of team Obama or part of the Chicago political culture and therefore more likely to be conducting a political investigation.

I believe that Fitzgerald believes that he conducted a nonpolitical investigation and prosecution in the Scooter Libby case. I think he was wrong in his exercise of prosecutorial discretion to prosecute Scooter Libby but I, of course, am not privy to his files.

We shall see
