That reminds me of the Fathers' Day card I got. It had a picture of Palin on the front with a caption something like:

This is a case where the administration is trying to get out of debt by borrowing more money. Isn't that what everybody does? < /sarc>

Your story sounds like ours.. and we have no choice it was a job transfer for my husband. Our house had a good amount of equity but not anymore. We are leasing for a loss but I wouldn’t dare take one of these stupid govt loans.
