This is groundbreaking legislation, because it opens the door to all sorts of possibilities, and though food might be a big part of it, it isn’t the only part. I’m interested in what kind of follow-up they might use for other cottage industries.

Especially during a recession or depression, this could be of huge benefit to people with limited or no income.
