The link displays Obams’ Indonesian School Registration, one of the few (or only) documents from his past provided by a newsperson(i forget source now) . This is NOT his Occidental record.
Last time i heard (again) about release of Occidental record, was last April 1st. 2010.
Obama’s records ‘at’ Occidental are/have been no doubt sealed. However, his application via a Fulbright Scholarship which has government support is not part of his Occidental records. The application must have been leaked by someone who also might be the source of info as to the change from Barry to Barack. Also note that in the context of this information is that Fulbright Scholarships are two sided, i.e. for USA citizen students for further study past the college graduate level and for foreign students to USA who can be at the college entry level. My guess is that this might be the ‘straw’ and could even be a link to the Russian lady at a dinner party in Moscow a number of years ago who claimed an African-American by the name of Barack would become POTUSA.

Well I have something in an article by PRESS, taken from FR, that shows a document for Obama’s registration at Occidental college for student aid through a Fulbright Foundation grant which apparently is tied into Fed programs. I would think that what I have bookmarked is available to anyone and everybody who uses the web to make their own judgement as to relavancy.
Does this document say "Occidental College" or "Fulbright" on it?
I believe this is a ‘false’ rumor, in that Occidental has never released any of the Obama documentation. If it is released, we may find that the facts mentioned are true, but.......
