Yes, the scum in Congress have made themselves immune to insider trading laws. Only a thief would belong to that organization, R or D, only a thief would join the mafia and only a thief would run for congress, unless they make repealing the exempting for insider trading a campaign issue.
Pretty easy toget rich with the information fed to them.
