You dare feign Conservative credentials while promoting a liberal pos leftist like huntsman??? You sound like Lyndon Johnson loving republicrat party hack. You can take your weak borders, romneyesque perry and your obama administration ambassador to the COMMUNIST CHICOM’s and prance over to a liberal site like Politico or maybe www.rinosareus.com.

You are one arrogant troll for someone that continues to make statements showing how uninformed and agenda driven your posts are. I very seldom mention ones sign-up date... but you have not been here long enough to know how astute and brilliant that those that you attack on this thread truly are... and have been. You have paid NO FR dues... savvy?

I cut my teeth as a child... sneaking the TV on late at night and watching William F. Buckley... I knew that I was a Conservative when I first heard Buckley speak... other kids were into Roy Rogers, Sky King, Underdog and Looney Tunes... I was into watching gore vidal get disembowelled on Buckley's sword. I was here when Buckhead brought down the dim party in Texas... destroyed seeBS and dan rather... and shined the light of truth on lies. We got mary mapes sordid ass fired! dan is still working for an obscure DTV network owned by another marxist billionaire mark cuban. I have not been here as long as some... not from the beginning... but I have made up for the time that I missed.

I was in Florida on the front lines fighting gore... I worked for Reagan in my state TWICE... so I am no neophyte keyboard commando. I look forward to the day when Palin announces... and I look forward to engaging people like you and those losers perry and huntsman. I look forward to those battles in the debates and primary campaign.

I have been here for years and quickly approaching 40,000 posts... so I am going to give you a little political prediction... you are free to throw it in the bitbucket or take it to heart... but if you do not stop being trollish in your behavior... I will be here the night Palin wins the election and you will have been long ago zotted. You are free to support and vote for whomever you want to... but FR is a CONSERVATIVE site... and promoting crap like hunstman will get you noticed... savvy?

“Gov. Rick Perry has added controversial immigration and homeland security measures to the agenda for the special legislative session that began last week.

Perry added abolishing “sanctuary cities,” the common term for entities that prohibit law enforcement from inquiring about immigration status, to the special session “call” — the list of items he’s asking lawmakers to address. The item was the only one of six “emergency items” so designated by Perry that didn’t make it the governor’s desk during the regular session that ended last month. The governor has also asked lawmakers to address matters relating to the federal government’s Secure Communities program, which is administered by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The initiative compares the fingerprints of those arrested to a federal database to determine if the individual is eligible for deportation under current immigration laws. Additionally, the call includes matters relating to “the issuance of driver’s licenses and personal identification certificates.””

“AUSTIN, Texas—Gov. Rick Perry has signed into law a measure that requires Texans to show photo identification before voting.

The governor gathered with lawmakers Friday to celebrate a victory for Republicans who have been fighting for a photo ID requirement for years.

Perry declared the bill a legislative emergency early on, creating a legislative battleground. Republicans say the law is necessary to prevent voter fraud. Democrats say it’s designed to boost conservative voter margins by intimidating minorities and the poor.

The law would require voters to present a valid state or federal photo ID. A driver’s license, personal ID card, military ID, passport or concealed handgun permit is acceptable.

Voters without IDs could cast provisional ballots but would have to show identification within six days for their votes to count.”

Call me a troll. Rick Perry delivers leadership.

Michelle Bachmann is just as much the face of the TEA PARTY as Sarah Palin.
More so if you consider her votes in Congress against TARP.

ROFL.

NOT SO, BUT PARTICULARLY NOT TRUE AFTER SHE HIRED ED ROLLINS!

Tex-Con-Man expressed my concerns with your theory, so that means that Rove would have to be the Bush force behind the draft Perry to make it viable. Rove’s interests are definitely *Stop Sarah*.

Big woop. Governor Perry has not been requested nor required to divulge even one e-mail. For three full terms, without quitting. That says something. Leadership.

Nice try. No such Drudge headline.
Yet there is this:
“By MICHAEL R. BLOOD, Associated Press – Sun Jun 12, 7:07 pm ET

LOS ANGELES – Texas Gov. Rick Perry, a potential 2012 presidential candidate, accused the Obama administration on Sunday of transforming abortion into a U.S. export and breaking faith with the nation’s founding principles by supporting taxpayer-funded embryonic stem cell research.

The conservative Republican has long been at odds with President Barack Obama’s stand on reproductive rights and stem cell research, but his remarks at an anti-abortion rally amounted to a political introduction to a mostly Hispanic crowd of about 5,000 at a downtown arena.

The governor had dismissed talk that he would seek the GOP nomination next year, but he re-ignited speculation about two weeks ago with an off-the-cuff remark: “I’m going to think about it.” Since then, two of Perry’s former top political advisers fled Newt Gingrich’s troubled presidential campaign, while Perry scheduled trips to Los Angeles, New York and New Orleans that could raise his national profile.

In Los Angeles, Perry never mentioned the presidential election, and he avoided a gaggle of reporters and TV crews seeking interviews. His office said the stop was planned long ago.

“This is not a political event,” said spokesman Mark Miner.”

I told you yesterday to not post Perry articles to me. NOT interested. You need to learn about Sarah Plain, because she's going to be the nominee.

We shall see... at least Governor Palin did not govern a state where the GOVERNOR'S inaction of BORDER SECURITY, indirectly led to one of its citizens being murdered by narco terrorists... while riding a jet ski on a Texas lake... just inside the mexican line. He has a record of liberalism and we will use it. BOTH of your choices are poor... and prepare yourself for bitter disappointment. huntsman... on FR? Holy Cow BATMAN!

The question I asked you was why, if perry was so in favor of shutting down sanctuary cities, it took him three terms to do it.

MOST governors can do nothing much on their own, but they can LEAD, as you stated. So WHY didn’t perry lead on the illegal immigration issue like Sarah Palin did on the oil companies and gas pipeline issue? Why didn’t he LEAD on the sanctuary city issue?
What specific legislation has perry requested and received from the Texas legislature like Scott Walker in Wisconsin has?
On WHAT has he led? Convince me.

o my, that makes TOTAL sense! (about Rove and the Texas machine) and this is precisely why Palin needs to run now even MORE. to tell you the truth though, my BIGGEST worry is come voting time at the polls: whether the counting process will get corrupted...oye, I better start praying for that now too...

I know the feeling. I can’t even imagine life without prayer, or a PRESIDENT who doesn’t pray. Like clinton and obama, for instance.

Exactly and with so much evil in the world, how does a leader expect to cope or LEAD without G-d and serious prayer first thing in the morning and last thing at night?
Even mid day or before every major decision?

I am not talking about 5 times daily on some filthy rug while facing Mecca.
