I am a few days late getting to the link, thus link has disappeared (here late Tuesday). From the information provided (by you) the noose sounds like it is tightening. Is this your thought or do you have another opinion?
gleeaikin, with the Russians possibly becoming nervous (possibly), do they (the Russians) know there is someone (or something) out there possibly making Russia fearful? Rouges, perhaps? I am speculating, I have nothing concrete for my speculations, do you have anything concrete?
I don’t know about this disappearing, but so far as the Russians are concerned, with the whole tier of ‘stans on their southern border, and the troubles with Chechnia and other nearby territories, they have plenty to worry about regarding militant Islam. And there is always the danger or possibility of nuclear material disappearing from their usual locations.
