Now you are retreating to the common tactic of the libertine: random internet insults.

That's a hoot. You with the filthy mouth and baseless accusations.

Troll.

Stockton has 275 Police Officers plus 66 Management Officers and others that I presume don’t carry guns.

At any given time, 80-100 are probably working. 15 is a good sized chunk of that. I certainly hope there aren’t any violent criminals there with outstanding warrants, else they may need 100s more.

it’s why the TSA frisks grandma, it’s easy and low risk.

Did you read the warrant? Apparently you didn’t, or as I suspect you did and are twisting the facts to support your meme.

That warrant more than meets the PC standard. The problem with ignorant libertines like yourself, is that you don’t know the law, and you want your own personal interpretations of the law to be the standard.

Are you dense or something? So what if it wasn't SWAT?? The tactics used were SWAT like. You seem to have a problem with only the wrong term being used when it has been repeatedly stated that the majority KNOWS this was excessive force for a Non-violent crime.

You might want to change your handle to "jackbootthugtacticslover"

Ah, so we have descended to the Ad Hominem tactic have we? Calling one a “troll” is a sure sign that one has lost the debate.

OK...so what was different this time? What made a warrant for college admissions records so scary?

The fact that there are details that you are not privy to.

Do you want to know why folks don’t trust the accounts of cops? I live in Pima County, AZ. The initial reports on the Marine were that he defiantly shouted, “I’ve got something for ya!” as he opened fire. The SWAT team had the bullet marks on their shields to show how close they came to dying.

Witnesses disagreed. Weeks later, it was admitted the ex-Marine didn’t attempt to fire his gun, that the safety was on.

So the SWAT team report that he opened up on them and that they had bullet holes to prove it was...FALSE. They LIED. There were no bullet holes or marks to show they had been shot at, so where did those claims come from?

Talking about “random internet insults”...and “petulance”...

Got any comment on the NEGLIGENT cop killing his K9?

It was OIG for the DOE.

Were they wearing black clothes and carrying guns? And why on Earth does the Dept. of Education have law enforcement powers? Isn't that what the FBI is for?

You're defending the indefensible.

YAWN... More Ad hominem from the libertine playbook. Here is the reality. You have a myopic worldview, and you get angry when that worldview is challenged. If everyone else isn’t wearing tinfoil and seeing Black Helicopters, it makes you feel a bit out of place. So you lash out in anger.

That is not the warrant or if it is than the SWAT team is toast in court. That document you posted is not dated or signed.

Ah, I see, another tactic called “deflection.” See under: “Yeah I lost this one, so lets pull up a red herring.”

That is also in the libertine tool-bag.

It’s the warrant affidavit. The original was signed, dated (and unredacted.)

The libertines simply took the side of the criminal before anything was verified.

Has he been convicted of any criminal activity? I ask because I don't know.

No what you posted is not the real one so until you have the real one you are just pushing an agenda. You have no facts.

Uh huh, a legend in your own small mind. Nothing more than random insults and petulance.

Think about what you just said... you "cleaned someone's clock" on the INTERNET???

Wow... just wow.

There are so many things wrong with that statement, that one doesn't know where to begin. It demonstrates your commitment to the irrational, and as I pointed out earlier, your myopic worldview.

Don't let the tinfoil cut off the circulation to your brain. You need what few brain cells you have left.

“The problem with ignorant libertines like yourself, is that you don’t know the law, and you want your own personal interpretations of the law to be the standard.”

No, the problem is that I don’t want to follow the example of buttlickin998 and believe that every raid is an example of outstanding police work.

I read the warrant. They noticed that (by memory, I’m not going to reread it) there were around 9-10 guys who owned 32 cars with an average value per car of about $10,000. And the warrant wondered where they got the money for that.

WOW! I’m impressed!

They didn’t have enough to arrest the PERSON, so they went to his house with a SWAT team and opened fire when they saw a gun. Over 70 rounds, and then they had to inspect other houses to see if their spray & pray tactics had killed anyone else.

And they withheld medical care for 1.5 hours, which made sure the man died.

That may meet your standard of fine police work, but I would investigate a noise at my door with a gun in my hand as well.
