Satire, right? Right?
Yep.....Done!
“BTW Michelle ‘YOU’RE FIRED’ for having the poor judgement to hire Ed Rollins in the first place.”
Thanks for that link - DONE. I really hope she corrects this huge mistake before it’s too late, as I’d like to see her in the campaign and with this weight around her, I don’t think she will be viable.
I really question her judgement in making this choice, but the real test will come now - will she correct her mistake and dump Rollins or stick with it? This will tell us everything we need to know about her suitability as POTUS.
Thanks, I was just about to go look for contact info when I saw your post. I too let her know how I feel about this crap.
Ed Rollins appears to be a classic Republican elitist insider and as such, he rejects the ‘outsider’, Sarah Palin, who, he realizes, isn’t going to ‘play ball’ with guys like him if she wins the presidency. Rollins has bad-mouthed Palin before and his response to the blow-back on his most recent criticisms of Palin (which are eerily similar to those of the left) are typically arrogant and condescending. Ed Rollins sounds like Bill Maher on one of his anti-Palin rants and that doesn’t speak well for his employer, Michelle Bachmann. I liked Bachmann but now, not so much. If Ed Rollins is her campaign manager, then she is no longer viable, in my judgement. Too bad. Sarah Palin is the person I want to see run against Obama. I believe Palin best represents my political/cultural values and would be good for America. Because Sarah Palin has not declared - and may not decide to run - I was looking at Bachmann as my fallback candidate. No more. Herman Cain is now my fallback candidate but in my estimation, Cain is a distant second to Sarah Palin. However, we’re six months away from the first primary and 17 months from the 2012 presidential election. A quick look at past presidential seasons shows us that anything can happen and many of today’s candidates will be out by next January. The inevitable culling of the pack by scandals (some fabricated, some real), lack of funds - and voter interest - will change the field by then so today’s front-runners could well be tomorrows also-rans. We’ll see.
Ed, you’ve been working campaigns since I was in grade school, and counting your misspent yoot as a Democrat, since I was a pre-schooler. You’re supposed to be an old pro. You’re being paid and paid very well not to make amateur mistakes. If you don’t know better at this point than to say what you said about Governor Palin, either because of the Eleventh Commandment or just protecting your and the Bachmann campaign’s simple naked self-interest if she wins, you’re stealing your paycheck.
This is interesting, but it isn’t really news. Ed Rollins is a smart guy who does a good job with strategy. His problem is that he forgets to run from every microphone he sees when he is working for any candidate.
Read Rollins’s book, Bare Knuckles and Back Rooms, and you’ll see what I mean.
A political advisor saying stupid things has never, to my knowledge, disqualified a candidate for office. If Representative Bachman decides to run - which is likely - then she’ll run. Ed Rollins saying something dumb won’t be a factor.
Thanks! Sent her my thoughts.
What Rollins says now is irrelevant. The only thing that matters now is what Bachmann says... or fails to say...
Michele Bachmann needs to put on her “big girl” pants and FIRE Rollins!
Well, although to me Bachmann’s Tea Party connections validates her as a true conservative, I still feel like Palin’s the one this time around. Maybe Bachmann in 2020. I’d like to see the Bachmann support go to Palin this time around.
Rollins is waaaaaay past his shelf-life, and so senile he’s forgotten Reagan’s 11th Commandment.
Michele Bachmann needs to give Ed Rollins the boot as soon as she can.
The alternative is to withdraw from being in the race.
Bachmann might as well have Joe Biden running her campaign as Rollins; her chances of getting picked as the GOP candidate are the same.
gov_bean_ counter -=> Hes not helping himself...
He isn’t giving his client a lot of help either...
Ed Rollins acted stupidly.
True that.
Mr. Ed is working for Willard... no matter who’s signing his checks.
Buh-Bye, Mr. Rollins!
