There are a lot of people having a lot of kids, but it’s the underclass, not the working or professional class. The smart and productive work their fingers to the bone just to start at square one while the lower classes live a leisurely lifestyle that enables them to take advantage of the tax ssytem that rewards them for failure. We know that in the past dysfunction was not rewarded, but now it is.
