I'm with you on this. Frankly, I am sick and tired of being lorded over by "The Schooled". It is "The Schooled" that have gotten us in this mess and it will take good honest hard working common sense folks to get us out of it. No more being fooled by The Schooled!

In retrospect, I want to qualify the above statement. I am referring to the "modern" elites from the last 100 years. Our education system has been overrun by socialists and the like.

Did you watch the video? O’Reilly said, “I don’t really agree with on that, and let me tell you why.” He then points out that she ran the state of Alaska well.

When I wrote a generous check to McCain-Palin in 2008, it was directly in response to McCain’s choosing Palin as his running mate. That said, when y’all start kicking people like Krauthammer out of the tent, you’re not going to have enough folks left to form a pick-up basketball league.

My hope is that she runs for the Senate in Az. and uses that has a stepping stone. She is certainly young enough to serve two terms in the Senate and still run for President in the future.

Move from Alaska to Arizona, and run for Senate from there...?

The "carpet-bagger" complaint damned near stuck to Hillary! when she did that in New York; and when Alan Keyes tried that in Illinois, he ended up losing his Senate race to none other than Barack Obama.

To run for Senate from AZ would be political suicide; and she'd deserve every bit of criticism she got for doing so. She's a smart enough politician to understand that a run for Senate would have to be made from Alaska.

And besides, Palin's current political trajectory couldn't survive anything other than a run for president.

“Policy-making,” to him, means a knowledge of the existing system. But the system is not getting things done.

He slinks out of the tent on his own when he talks this way.

And what you mean is you agree with him. This nation is Long past a normal political solution for our problems. We must have new ways to uproot the establishment that corrupts every Mr. Smith goes to Washington freshman Congress person.

Palin has said, one can not go to Washington and keep the same establishment career staff people, and expect to change anything.

Sure you can criticize Palin, you can also eat a t¥rd sandwich, but it won’t be real enjoyable in either case.

I am a Palin fan to the core, so much so that I am convinced if she doesn’t run, then God truly doesn’t want her to. Why you may ask, think about it.

“A talking head or a pundit can get away with that sort of thing, but a president cannot.”

ahemmm......

Sarah IS a Fox news pundit. She is not President, and has not declared her intension to run for the Presidency.

So your point is????????

He really sounds like a teacher assessing an underachiever. Which he isn’t.
And she isn’t.

I am just dead sick and tired of this total black and white you cannot disagree one iota with my thinking or you are a complete and utter idiot/ugly/fat/evil/hateful/satanic/porn loving/child eating/any other bad thing I can think of/ mindset here. Everyone seems brittle and completely ready to jump at everyone else’s throat. Now I will be called something. Hopefully just fat. :)

Yep, FR was a lot more fun when it wasn't an echo chamber. But that's just me.

>>What he means is that, for better or worse, she doesn’t know US policies and why they exist, and the consequences of their existence or removal.<<

Compared to whom?

Considering how candidate Baraq al-Husseini claimed he was going to change US policies X, Y, and Z, and then as President he kept them all in place, and even took credit for them when he thought he could get away with it, I would suggest that we could do worse than Sarah and still somehow muddle through.

I call Baloney Sausage. If you listen to what she has to say you will find that she has addressed every issue that confronts America, from wars in the Middle East to energy independence, to health care, etc, etc. Her views are in sinc with those of most Americans. Those who have been “schooled in policy” have screwed things up so bad it will take years to undo. I’ll take someone whose policy comes from an astute observation of the real world problems and common sense solutions over some “policy wonk” any day of the week.

One of my political fantasies is to see neo-con Charlie Kraut pushed down a stairway ala Dustin Hoffman in “Marathon Man.”

Ted Baxter looks absolutely stupid, when he tries to correct Beck’s facts with his feelings on a subject.

I love how these clowns begin a statement with I really don’t know the facts but........then proceed to give their analysis pretending they have some specific undeniable wisdom.

“This is presidential? Give me a break.”

Even if your spin were true....sooooo?

Sarah Palin is NOT president, hasn’t declared herself to be a candidate, and is a private citizen taking her Alaskian family on a tour of our nation’s historic locals.

....and you think she isn’t being presidential? ......”Give me a break.”

You seem a little tightly wound......ease up and relax.

Exactly! Most of the policies currently in place seem aimed at our destruction. The sooner they are supplanted with common sense solutions to real problems, the better.
