A Sarah Palin sponsored tell-all movie about Sarah Palin could influence a large number of independent voters.
And even if it fails, it doesn't invalidate the attempt.

It's still a good thing to do.

It doesn't prevent her from doing OTHER things and it's good to have this out there.

What should she do, put her campaign in the hands of Karl Rove? Nicole Wallace? Katie Couric?

The fact is, the naysayers on this thread would naysay ANYTHING Palin does. Anything.

I know it. You know it. And they know it.

Feel free to bash me — this is objective political analysis.

Well, it's political analysis. The objectivity of some claims might be questioned...

Whoa whoa. I didn’t say anything about his percentages. I was just posting at what I thought he was getting at.

And read the percentages over again. It’s just not a reciprocal as you push so vehemently. If you look at the line before, it says 75% of the middle will say no to question one. That leaves only 25% who get to question 2. Which in that question only 80%, of that 25% left, say yes to that. So your assumption about the reciprocal are incorrect.

And it is something that is important to bring up. How can Palin reach the uninformed voters who are, honestly, idiots? I’m not sure a video will do that. The only thing I can think of is debates and speeches around the country. That’s all I can figure that would work. Hopefully the movie works, but I just don’t think it will get reported to the “idiots” as much as people would like. Even then the MSM will slant the movie so it puts her in a poor light.

Ok, forget the “percentages”. They are stupid on their face. Based on what research? Ans: NONE

So I won’t mention those uber-stupid “percentages” again.

(And I think I’ve been consistent in putting the word “percentages” in quotes whenever talking about THOSE “percentages” on this thread. They are beyond stupid. They are maniacally stupid. But I won’t mention that again.)

But here’s a question for you: How does putting out this movie prevent her from going on to do “debates and speeches”? How does it inhibit her from doing that? How does it limit or restrain her?

Answer: It doesn’t.

And THAT’S an Objective Fact.

So is this: It doesn’t matter what Palin does. There are some here in FR (and I don’t mean you) who will poo-poo it till the cows come home. Because that’s what they do.

If she does A. They’ll say B.
If she does B. They’ll say A.

If she does nothing. They’ll say do something.
If she does something. They’ll say do nothing.

Sorry the “percentages” confused you.

I didn’t say that putting this movie out hurt her. I actually think it will be a net gain of people that support her vs oppose. I don’t believe it will be a huge gain, but, If the documentary is done right and is good, she will gain some more support.

I do see your point about how she can’t please some people no matter what she does. It’s quite obvious that some people are so bent against her, that nothing will change their mind.

The fact of the matter is, she will have to win over the “dumb” vote. This movie won’t do that. It might win over some, but not enough.

This kinda takes me back to my first post about how I feel she trusts God in her decisions. In all honesty, getting the “dumb” uninformed vote will prove to be tough for her. Palin will not back down on her principles (which is what this country needs). She won’t lie to people just to get their vote (unlike some other canidates). It’s just a matter of prayer hoping that the uninformed’s eyes are opened to the truth. Maybe this movie will do that. Hopefully it will. We shall see.

Go Sarah. This is your time. I have never been so excited about a politician since Ronald Reagan.

that her resigning as Governor is something that has hurt her with Republicans concerned about the “quitter” label.

Al Bama won US. Senator from Illinois Nov. 2004. Was elected President Nov. 2008. That's 4 years out of a 6 year term. However, he began his run for Democrat nominee in Feb. '07- (bet that year was light on 'senate' duties). In June '07, Hillary conceded defeat and threw her support behind Al Bama. By Aug.'07 he became the Rat nominee. He resigned from the senate on Nov. 13, 2008 after beating McCain.

In sum, he probably put-in three years as a senator, a fourth and fifth year on the road in campaign mode collecting a Senator's salary- whereas Sarah left office at the half-way mark to become a private citizen no longer on the state's payroll. No surprise the big-eared, Marxist Kenyan would keep the pay rolling while he toured all 57 states shaking hands, kissing babies, and honoring our military 'corpsemen'.
