The focus of the legacy media is to define Republicans by their shortcomings, and to define Democrats by their strengths. That's why there was no media focus on the inexperience of Obama, the errand spouse of Clinton, the infidelity of Edwards, the erratic nature of Biden, etc. In contrast, every report on a Republican will name his, or her most definable shortcoming in the first paragraph.
The question is: why do the so-called conservative media follow suit. Let the legacy media define the Republican shortcomings. The honest media should define them by their potential presidential capability. In other words, Lowry, if you can't say something nice, shut up.
