There’s a cheap joke in there, but I won’t say it.
when you’re a moose, women are strictly second class. you would have thought this charity minded chap would have treated his housekeeper more respectfully, but no.
Under Islamic law, to prove a rape case, you need four eyewitnesses.
“And they considered it inconceivable that an Indonesian maid was considered a competent witness in our courts.”
Another significant difference is how civil and criminal courts mesh under Saudi law, making it possible for a victim or a victim’s family to come to a financial settlement when it involves a criminal matter. “They didn’t understand how that wasn’t possible here,” Suthers said.

In a total exception to all the rules, Colorado Attorney General John Suthers flew to Saudi Arabia to explain Al-Turki’s trial and punishment
“insists he is innocent and a victim of anti-Muslim sentiment”
...and it worked!
He did exactly what they do in Saudi.
Since you were a gentleman, so will I be. You have had a positive influence today!
There, fixed it.
Scum, he needs imprisoned for life!
Now we find Colorado's District Judge J. Mark Hannen caving into Shariah law standards in a dispute between a man and a woman he held as a slave for 8 years.
There can be NO subsequent good behavior that justifies cutting a sentence for someone who held a slave in America.
This is total B.S. by the judge.
Once we take over the DOJ again we need to have Indiana's Supreme Court as well as the courts in Colorado, and maybe other states, investigated to determine how deep AlQaida has penetrated our judicial structure.
Then we have to take action to extirpate these pukes and get rid of them.
Even when the joke writes itself, it’s sometimes better to leave it unsaid.
Cunning. Very cunning!

Man, this just reeks. How does the State Dept. have any authority to do this?
Yep, I bet he did exactly what would happen in Saudi, and thought he was above our laws.
An Indonesian housekeeper? Definitely someone he thought was “fair game” when it came to the lustful things he wanted. In his religion and society, whether she was willing doesn’t matter.
Four witnesses to have a legal case of rape in Islam? By definition then, anything he would do to her in private, without multiple witnesses, could never be prosecuted, in his mind.
We are expected to observe all laws and customs if we visit Saudi Arabia, but for some reason, the opposite doesn’t seem to apply.
Money talks...............
Behold the newest protected class.
Bagman Authority.
Do not vote to retain !
And he’s going to get away with it.
