Can’t tell if Carl Rove knows what he’s talking about most of the time, but he says we will probably be hearing from her in a week or two. Said that last night.

Worse than that, working with Democrats makes it impossible to come out and openly denounce much of what Democrats stand for as being simply bad, if not evil. Unexpected charity is good and noble, but expectations of charity are addictive and toxic. Most government "charity" programs by their very nature create expectations, which will almost invariably create problems worse than those the programs were "supposed" to solve. A Republican who tries to tweak a program to be "affordable" would be like a drug counselor trying to help an addict get his drugs more cheaply.
What's needed is someone who can come out and say that the welfare state is not only unaffordable, but fundamentally evil as well. Socialism is institutionalized covetousness. Also, any Christians who might be inclined to favor socialism should consider Matthew 25:14-30. Socialists would take from those who are more productive, and give to those who are less productive, but the cited passage would suggest the opposite.
Well, I got to meet her and tell her that I pray for her every day, and she thanked me for that. I heard some talking head last night say that she is ahead of all candidates in WV. I could have told them that. We’re the Wal-Mart people. Heck yeah, we’re going to vote for her.

That’s a LOT easier than going from “bad” to “good.”
The slate is clean on Cain, but that just means the MSM will fill in a narrative...just like what they did to Palin after the 2008 RNC convention. No sooner when she was done with her acceptance speach, that the MSM started spouting off the DNC talking points.
