Yep: Dear Mr. Netanyahu, Please Don't Speak to My President That Way, by Jeffrey Goldberg, The Atlantic
The Media has never liked him.
NETANYAHU PALIN 2012....Oh Wait.....
Thanks. Everyone should read the whole thing. Bibi wiped the floor with Obama, but he did it with the utmost politeness.
I can’t resist quoting one bit, where Rush returns to his joke that Netanyahu would make a better Republican candidate than any of those currently campaigning.
“But I figured it out. I figured it out. I answered my own question. [That is, Why did he give Bibi this chance to publicly humiliate him?] Obama obviously thought he was talking to a Republican, and he thought Bibi was gonna be like your average Republican: Just sit there and take it, and try to be nice, and not say anything, and let Obama get away with it all. Now, the next thing we gotta do, folks, is we have to find a birth certificate for Netanyahu in Hawaii.”
Heh, heh, heh.
And that is saying a lot.
Sarah has more intestinal fortitude (a nice way of saying “balls”) than most republicrats. She understands the special place that is Israel.
So does the bamster (rhymes with hamster). That’s why he and his buddy georgie boy (rhymes with “self-loathing jew who has sold himself to satan”) are siding with the mudslimes.
The Kenyan couldn't say anything because there was no teleprompter script ready for it. His handlers had not fashioned him a usable script.
There’s some outfit on the web offering to make up a Hawaii birth certificate for anybody. Write up what you want on it, pay them a few bucks, and they’ll send you a copy. Maybe certified, I don’t remember.
Bibi’s tone was what was so perfect about it. He talked to him as if they were in agreement - partners, and friends. It makes that Atlantic piece sound ridiculous.
“NETANYAHU PALIN 2012....Oh Wait.....”
Why not? No one thinks it’s important to be a natural-born-citizen after all.
Kirsten Powers was on Hannity's show a couple minutes ago echoing the same line as Jeffrey Goldberg in The Atlantic -- that Netanyahu was way out of line and showed disrespect when he said he expects Obama to abide by longstanding U.S.-Israeli agreements.
Looks like that's the left's official talking-point on the matter right now.
It was a sight and sound to behold. Decades of peace talks, countless hours of negotiations...all comes down to Netanyahu’s 8 minutes today. In clear, certain terms. Obama had not and will never have a clue. He can’t dance his way out of this one..he can’t stare down or pull his usual Chicago thug tricks on a real leader. I can think of 5 contenders in the Republican field who could do what was done to Obama today. Allen West, Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachman and Herman Cain. Paul Ryan did it last year and could do it again.
I don’t know much about Herb Cain at all, but I did hear him this afternoon on the Cavuto show... His message was plain, simple and absolutely right.
Paraphrasing now, “If I were president I would simply tell everyone, ‘you mess with Israel, you mess with the US.’”
Seems I might just have a new favorite 2012 candidate, at least until I learn more about him.
Everyone should read the whole thing.
Bibi wiped the floor with 0bama, but he did it with the utmost politeness.

Thanks, Cicero.
Wow — great, brave, true stuff from Bibi and great commentary from Rush as usual, putting into perfect perspective on the fly.
I just read the headline on Drudge a bit more carefully.
Pretty rich:
“BIBI TO BOBO: ‘NOT GOING TO HAPPEN’...”
I just can't stand these people. The truth is that it was disrespectful for Obama to have made the speech he did yesterday, the day before Netanyahu was to meet with him. He didn't have enough respect for the leader of Israel to discuss a major policy shift with him before going public with it. Netanyahu was responding appropriately to a disrespectful and arrogant speech by the idiot ideologue.
“The Republican Party was shown all they have to do — and it doesn’t involve shouting, and it doesn’t involve pointing fingers. It just involves telling the truth. “
Amen. That was the strength of Trump, and why people responded to him so enthusiastically. Call a spade a spade.
Um, Trump shouted. He may have told the truth, but he did so like a dog barking at passing cars.
