Cain is a member of the North American Competitiveness Council (NACC), a tri-national working group of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America(SPP). The council consists of 30 members from major North America companies working to oversee economic, governmental, and security integration between the United States, Canada, and Mexico.[8]

There is an interesting entry from Wiki on Herman Cain. Do we know yet Cain's positions on amnesty for illegals, border security, trade policy and general national sovereignty issues?

Bush, Fox and Harper held several mostly off the record meetings involving the SPP, meetings not too well regarded here at FR.
