Why spend our money jailing the guys on the burrito line -- at tens of thousands of dollars a head by the time they're deported. Make it effectively illegal to employ illegal aliens and all you'll need is a $50 bus ticket and a handshake. Enforcement targeting anyone other than employers is a waste of time and money.
