I cannot imagine having such a vapid life that a hamburger brings tears." They're good.
But they're not that good.
And there's not a Texan alive who can't do better in his own backyard.

It should also be mentioned that this was the only remaining good thing about California. I might add Yosemite and Lake Tahoe. But there you have it. That's it.

"Danielle DeInnocentes of The Colony, Texas, broke into tears after she bit into a Double-Double, a famous In-N-Out sandwich made from two meat patties and two slices of cheese."OTOH, it's pretty easy to impress denizens of "The Colony," not exactly Denton County's high-rent district...

Leftists of the fast food kind?
Some have a religious experience when Obama appears - others, an In-N-Out burger.
What would happen if you seared a pic of Obama onto the top bun of the burger? I bet you’d see people fainting left and right!!! Well, maybe not right.

They are very pricey now and just a FF joint.
They used to be pretty attentive for a FF joint and cheap, but that was 20 years ago.
HTG? my fave fast food burger is the Whopper with cheese.
Whata burger is next in line
And NO FF burger compares to a REAL BURGER

Mosquitos.
(Kept away by smoke)
Also, annoying neighbors.
(That's what fences are for, but I have good neighbors anyway so no problem if they come over)

Makes you wonder how many people have already fled California for Texas, that In-N-Out realized that Texas would be an excellent market to open up.

I said that in jest, but you know, AMD, in post 12, made a good observation about the memories.
If I could go back 40+ years to the old drive in, I might have tears too.

I wouldnt shed a tear, nor would I wait in a two mile line, but its one awesome burger experience! Here at my local INNO there is usually 8 to 10 cars in line at the drive thru.

Now if they can open a Two Pesos in California, that would sell.
