I gave up all soda recently and high fructose corn sugar too as much as I can.. trying to drink more water and fruit juices.. and I don’t mean in Mai Tais and Long Island Teas.. I needed to rein in sugar intake, hard to stay away from dairy, meat and grains tho.. only got 5 months to a cruise.. and buffet city..
