Told me she was ready. Every good General knows when to "redeploy" the troops.
Turned out well, I think.

conviction, character, and principles Important consideration, but if people can't feed their kids, I am not so sure anything but turning the economy around will matter. People knew Clinton and Obama both had questionable character, etc. and they were elected anyway. I think the economy will be the major concern.

I really like Allen West, but sadly I doubt the GOP will support him any more than they supported Duncan L. Hunter.

That is the point that makes me the saddest.
As a nation we seem unable to accept the concept of a female leader. Do you know who could? Ronaldus Magnus! He and Lady Thacher were an amazing team.
Try to tell me you wouldn't back Bachmann/West in 2012.

Truth is the two hardest working big names in the GOP with enough name recognition to win are Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman, either or both would be fine with me. The gals have been showing the guys how to get the job done for some time now.

romney is too weak on the second amendment. I think he is a closet gun grabber. I'd never vote for him

Allen West has already said no as has Marco. Obama has destroyed any chance for a newbee in either party to ever get the nod again.

Most polls now are less than meaningless.
Next year if gas is still high, the economy sluggish, homes still being lost, food high and everything else that is wrong with zeros management you could run a white dog against zero and win.

Romney never folded to McCain. A deal was made by Charlie Crist to get McGeezer the Cuban vote so he won Fla. After that the huckster blocked for mcgeezer until the end ruining romneys chances.

Oh, I agree. My points are that obama will take the blame - rightfully - for what’s coming. This is going to be so bad that the LSM will NOT be able to cover for him. But then it will take someone with conviction, character, and principles - and smarts - to turn this mess around IMHO.

"if Sarah decides not to run, then Michelle seems to be a good choice for a conservative to vote for"
No, if one can not gets owned in an interview with Steph, one probably does not have the skills to lead the free world.
She needs to take lessons from Trump, he handed Steph his a$$.

Here's the sad truth.
I really want Palin to run. She is my choice and I think she has earned it.
But....if she decides not to, no matter who we run, she is strong enough to see to it that he/she wins.
Palin can fire up a crowd, double their numbers and then go raise 100 grand all in the space of a few hours. Now tell me someone else who can do that.

Paul, if it comes down to a “too weak” Romney on 2nd Amendment vs Obama, how are you going to vote?

I’m voting for the best candidate. If she’s the only one that’s any good, I’ll vote for her. She’s not perfect, but acceptable.
