He "forced her" to perform oral sex on him and she called the cops eight days later. Then she filed a "Jane Doe" lawsuit and issued a press release, with her resume, bravely announcing that she was outing herself as Jane Doe. "

I think that’s a sweet story. I met the love of my life online, but not on a dating site. We “knew” each other for quite a few years online before falling in love with each other, sight unseen. When we met it was magical, just a continuation of what we’d had before we met.

That you waited eight days to report the crime does not speak well of your veracity. It suggests, more than likely, that you had a fight or falling out and decided to report him.
Common sense dictates that you should treat this as a lesson learned and move on.
Your stance is an insult to intelligent women who use common sense in any dating and an insult to known victims of assault and rape who have the bravery and honesty to report it quickly, so that evidence may be collected.
