Barry just told members of the House and Senate that they don't know enough to make an informed decision, so they should just listen to what the President says and vote according to his orders.
The man really does want to be King, and he sees elections and dealing with congress as nuisances.

Try Trump and Cain. Myth is done and the Huckster isn’t even hinting at running. The game has moved so there is no need to even think about these two unelectable stiffs. There are new players now. Even Santorum and to some part Pawlenty, who announced, are scrappy enough to do it. The media today is starting to bring the issue up. It is a blatant turn around like Gitmo and Iraq that cannot be brushed under the rug.

Ever time I hear Dear Leader mentioned in the same paragraph with Stephy, I am reminded of Dear Leader’s muff “...my Muslim faith...” and Georgy quickly correcting him “...you mean your Christian faith...” The truth was given and it hasn’t gone away.
